It’s not often we have the opportunity to show how people react to one of our Same Day Edits. But last night we had a great angle, decent lighting, and the right lens to capture some really great reactions from Gina and Greg. They gave us permission to share this with you.

Dave, Jordan and Jimmy,
If your servers crash we are sorry. We have sent this to every possible person we know. Words cannot describe how wonderful this Same Day Edit is. We are in Italy right now and CANNOT stop watching it. We cry every time we watch it. We love it and cannot thank you enough for capturing the day the way you did! Everyone was absolutely blown away by the film. Thank you so much and will be in touch when we get back.
You guys make a great team and we are so happy that we were able to spend our wedding day with you.

Bob LeBar Vision Award Presented to Dave Williams

On Monday, August 23rd, 2010, Dave Williams was awarded the Bob LeBar Vision Award at the 2010 WEVA Expo in Orlando Florida.
Introduced in 2000, the Bob LeBar Vision Award honors the WEVA member who has made innovative contributions to the development of the professional event video community. This award is given to one person each year who has advanced unique ideas and invoked a keen entrepreneurial spirit, together with a strong sense of professional pride, “raising the bar” for everyone.

Your work speaks volumes for itself. You did an absolute fantastic job at my wedding. Like I said before I love the way you edit and include clarity in every detail, quality of the cinematic views and sound bites. Every event video I have watched on your website shows your outstanding commitment to excellence and all are unique in its own way. Every year, videographers from around the world gather for the Wedding and Event Videographers Association’s Expo. WEVA International’s special 20th-year Wedding & Event Video Expo is at the Disney Dolphin Hotel in Orlando, FL, from August 23-26, 2010.
Come enjoy the awards banquet, trade show, workshops, and plenty of educational seminars. My team and I will be there to present at three seminars and attend the others. Our own Jordan Oplinger and Jimmy Shelton are presenting on Thursday: 11:15am - 12:15pm. I’m presenting on Wednesday night from 7 until 8 PM and I’ll also be a part of Steve Moses’ program on Tuesday night from 7 until 8 PM.
